Great product no doubt and most importantly great customer service which is crucial to the customers where our queries and problems were constantly being listened to and resolved promptly.
Kudos to the friendly team helping with the installation, service and especially Kevin, the company founder who attended each and every queries I had professionally and enthusiastically.
Looking forward for more great products from the company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was searching for a water purifier that meet my expectations for some time. Saw Snaptec on IG ad, and the sleek design caught my attention. Its only 16cm width, tankless, lightweight, with touch screen panel for water dispensing. Perfect fot modern kitchen.
The website had complete information up to the billing details. Left my contact information on the website and within 2 hours, Kevin contacted and briefed me in length of the product and benefits and payment schemes. I was sold! Haha... I placed my order on 1st and istallation was done right after CNY, on 5th.
The installer Ashraf is superb. He was humble and gave the best service! Guided on the app and usage as well. 5 stars for him too.
I am satisfied with my purchase and starting my journey with Snaptec as an Happy customer ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the Snaptec Aurra Plus installed today. Definitely worth the price! The device itself looks REALLY sleek and best part is that I can check everything through their app which is really convenient. The installation itself was super fast (took the technician less than 30minutes to set it up + explain it). Kudos to the technician that explained everything about the machine and the app (most technician would ask you to refer to the sales person instead). Definitely really awesome customer service and definitely an awesome product. Now I am just patiently waiting for their Pro 2 model with the cold water to be released?

Came across Snaptec while comparing different brands of water dispenser. They stand out from the rest due to all the good customer reviews, the technology and the beautiful design. And.. they are a Malaysian company!
Staffs are very effective and pleasant to deal with, and their price are very reasonable. It took less than 48 hours from purchase to installation. Now I am drinking yummy purified water ☺️ No more water kettle and water containers taking up space on my small kitchen tabletop. Yay!
