It is SO expensive with an unprofessional service. The tools they are using are so unhygienic. Don't waste your time and money with them, go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ZERO STAR RATING......Book a dinner hairdo appt with Cammy one week in advance and confirmed again 2 days before but when turned up, Cammy said she had too many clients to attend to so no time for me. No apology or whatsoever. She arranged a makeup artist for my hairdo who did a terrible job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not even give a star if there's this option. Just look at all the one-star reviews for this Snips, they are the real ones. Please go and choose another salon that's nearby. Worst service and technique ever. Like an amateur. Ruined my hair texture so badly. Not to mention the hair stylists were busy entertaining their friends instead of focusing on their works.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was regular customer previously. However, I think the senior stylist attitude is not good nowadays. I paid RM70 for cutting my hair but the stylist seem like didn’t really listen to what customer want. The dining area just next to cashier and the stylist keep on chit chat among their colleagues.
