★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend’s oxygen level dropped and when we called SnJ Health Services for an ambulance, they responded within 30 minutes. The polite staff check my friend’s oxygen level and said that they have to send her to the hospital as it was very low. When my friend was walking down the stairs (5 storey apartment), she felt very tired and weak, so the staff (Meng Yuan) piggy back my friend down the stairs. What an exemplary example!
We are very touched and moved by your kind hearted Ambulance staff who piggy back my sick friend (who got Covid) down the remaining flight of stairs from the flat to the ambulance yesterday morning (9/8/2021). When my other friends saw these photos, they were full of thanksgiving and some were moved to tears. Our heartfelt thanks to the Meng Yuan and Alex. May God richly bless both your staff who attend to my friend when in need.
They updated me when they have checked in my friend into the hospital. They also enquired about the health conditions of my friend , a few days later. A week later, we also engaged SnJ Health Services to send my friend back to her apartment. Excellent service. Prices are reasonable.

In my though, ambulance is only picking up patient and send to hospital without any checking but they are not doing that so. they did proper check with my husband who experiencing difficult in breathing and also dizzy. after they checking they immediate give out treatment to my husband and explain to me what happen to my husband. really thanks to this team so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks to SnJ Health Services for assist us to bring our father back to home safely from ICU. Their Medical Staff is polite and friendly. Ambulance pilot is driving with good driving attitude and the whole journey is very comfortable. When we reach home and after they move my father to bed, then their medical staff explain and teach us some basic care giver method to easy for us take care our father at home. Thanks to the team for more info in taking care my father and really professional Ambulance team. Very Recommended!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank You for the ambulance service! My neighbour who suffering from left sided bodyweakness out of the sudden last week. I called them and their staff guide me what to do through the phone and reach the location just in around 15 minutes time! They handle the patient carefully and examine the patient before they transporting the patient to the hospital. VERY GOOD SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks for helping out to bring my grandma to go clinic appointment. The staff is very polite and careful when going up and down ambulance and took good care of her along the journey. They even measure my grandma blood pressure to ensure she is in good shape. The price for the service is also reasonable. Good Services !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and super fast response from SnJ Health Services. It offers interstate transfer and arrives much earlier than the estimated time of arrival. Good concerns and well care during the transfer too. My mom was transferred from Bahau to Sunway Medical Centre and it only took 1.5 hours to arrive instead of normal ETA 2.5 hours. The staffs are polite and friendly, offer medical services prior to the transfer.
