โ โ โ โ โ I took my cat for 1st time grooming. I was told it will take about 2 hours. I said it's fine with me & I don't mind waiting. The grooming was done within 30 minutes. Upon reaching home, I noticed that the paws were still dirty and her nails were not trimmed. I'm not sure what service I paid for. The owner was a wonderful, friendly person. But other than that I definitely won't go there again.

โ โ โ โ โ The communication was really bad, the owner refused to send videos or pictures of my cat. She wasn't allowed to be let out for play either and she barely ate, would have been better if she told us before instead of us finding out later.

โ โ โ โ โ It was a hassle free process with Ms Tinna, from dropping off and picking up. Very thorough lion-cut job done for my Chap, and I was satisfied with the resuly, as Chap had severe matted fur issue. Highly recommended.

I am very satisfied & pleased with the service, the service was very nice & Ms. Tinna very friendly and attentive; give us tips to take care of my cat. Waffle got back home feeling happy and clean, definitely will send my cat there again!! Highly recommended to those who are planning to send your cat for grooming!
