★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 教练非常专业，知识丰富。我本身是没有很注重肌肉训练，只要求有好看的形态和和体格。教练也会根据顾客的需求安排训练。运动前的热身松筋也做到很深入，第二天虽然肌肉有点酸痛但是感觉筋脉很通畅，工作起来也比较精神。环境我给100分，很peace很舒适！

Coaches will also arrange training according to the needs of customers. The warm-up and relaxation of the muscles before exercise was also done very deeply.
