Realised few more holes not patched up and 1 filing dropped out on the 7th day.
Very disappointed because I only go back KB during CNY. Now I need to get it fixed in Singapore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ used to accompany a friend to an appointment here two years ago, and today too, the doctor is still late for the appointment, if only 15 minutes late it is still acceptable, but if it is almost an hour, just to wait, do you think the patient has no other important business? please..just please improve your punctuality, that’s all. 5 star to the nurses, but not the doctor.

Initially, I thought that the total treatment (braces + retainers) costs around 4k+.
But unfortunately, the dentist always finds a way to increase the payment costs borne by the patient, not putting treatment the treatment of the patient at first but PUTTING THE REMAINING DUE PAYMENTS AT FIRST, breaching the code of conduct as a professional, seeking to earn extra at the patient's expense. At the expense of the patient (me), I had to make unecessary extra payments just to cater the (cost) where my treatment can be finished as soon as possible and i had to pay up to 5k+.
For the people out there:
I hope the people who wishes to have their braces done find out what are the total costs (which includes bonding, monthly charges, debonding, retainers, follow-up post-treatment), and if possible bring a calculator with you to protect yourself against this unethical dentist.
For the shop:
Please create a flowchart for customers to understand properly what treatment that they will undergo, have some sense of professionalism.
What's the point of earning a few extra dollars if you don't even prioritise the patient's treatment at all?
Sometimes, the service is pretty slow too, no patients but we as the customer have to wait half an hour just to meet with the dentist, do you treat this as a part-time job?
