★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did 3rd party claim here, the wait time is horrible, waiting for arrangement from insurance to take pictures more than a month. Waiting for parts to be repaired more than a month, local parts/car only, not ferrari. Nobody bother to call to update on anything, from start to collection i need to call them myself, really bad experience, not recommend to send here unless no choice.
