★ ★ ★ ★ ★ your staff is so rude, when i enter the store they never greet me plus they don't even check my body temperature, because they are so busy playing phone and games. The staff are not responsible for pre-order customer, you know what they do? the staff give those who walk in customer FIRST not the one who pre order. Plus one of the staff raise their voice to refund my money and not to give the product. The worst SONY store in malaysia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop/office phone not function , when call just waste time and money. Its sony not mamak bistro. Sony should be alert about simple things like a telephone. Coz its a bigger company. Maybe the owner just open this store to cleared up their money laundering casino, or any else bad !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to buy a Hi-Res MP3 player as a Christmas present but B (name withheld) couldn't answer my basic query abt available Sony software to help transfer playlists from laptop. I had to Google the answer. So what's the point of this Sony Boutique? Other Sony product questions also got B stumped and J, store manager was bz with his mobile and wasn't bothered to assist until I confronted him. It was a frustrating experience. Stay away from this store unless you want to be annoyed by incompetent staffs.
