โ โ โ โ โ Have been eating here since I was a child when they used to operate from jln imbi. The charsiew is still as good and so is the soya sauce chicken..
Must admit that the kam chin taufoo (money bag taufoo) has lost abit of its old taste and texture.. it's not easy to to execute a hard outer layer with a soft centre.... But it came close.
Old canto style cooking .. good to see the old man and lady is still around.. but the shop needs a spruce up.. it has become like someone's home instead of a restaurant....

โ โ โ โ โ An old restaurant in the neighborhood. The original owner is no longer in the shop. Famous for it's char Siew. Fortunately the char Siew has more or less maintained its taste. I feel some other items have dropped in quality.

โ โ โ โ โ Charsiew is better than roast pork. The stew lamb is good. The Patin fish is fresh. And bittergourd chicken plus vegetable to complete the lunch. Difficult to find parking space.

โ โ โ โ โ Went there for late lunch, so only ordered char siew, roast duck and steamed chicken. The charsiew was excellent while the steamed chicken was OK. The roast duck flavor was good, skin was crispy but the meat was a little too dry and too boney for my liking.
Two rice, plus the above items and two iced chinese tea + 100plus cost me RM55 .. a bit pricy.

โ โ โ โ โ Dropped by for the Char Siew and it was heavenly ? and found two other delights; chicken rice (white) & signature taufu ? Reasonable prices but parking is a headache - aim for after 1:30pm or between 11am to 12pm. Typical Chinese restaurant decor - spacious and clean. Good service too??
