β β β β β MOT transfer supposed to present to land office and do the final transfer. It has been 7 months and it's not done yet. Worst is promised to get done 2 months ago but no news at all. Think twice before you engage this firm (I have no choice because it's developer appointed lawyer's firm).

β β β β β Read the comments from other Im also experienced the same. No manner at all the staff who picked up the phone very rude starting from receptionist until received to the main person. The even worst is you already call,give all the details and wait till 2 weeks said will get letter and email but none and said did not receive any details abt you! If you doesnt like to work then give to others that willing to work honestly and responsibly. Caca marba punya staff. SPM kids work more better than you all
