★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although they've a wide varities of product. But pricey cos it didn't meet the value. Pictures posted was the best items chosen. I was in need and bought 2pcs. They wrapped up with a 10% off.
Hence i told them they aware that the defects are obviously visible and should compromise as lower grade goods.
It's quite disappointed especially for indoor use. And at a norm 10% off. Which most retailers practice.
I hope the management should evaluates their own goods value. A discount range is viable to it's Quality.
Do A Honest Offer to value your Happy customers.
I won't purchase if there's no changes. Or will source someone who has the same or better design n value.

Used to be a good choice to buy flowers but not now. Need to be improved n awareness of customers needs

They also offer fertilisers and different kinds of pebbles, soil or sand to suit customer's request. The items are all well organised and staffs were helpful. Price is reasonable and service is friendly.
