★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have a sales person by the name of Andy who treats potential customers with lack of enthusiasm and outright rude. Below is what happened earlier today at 3.10pm.
I stopped by the outlet along Jalan Genting Klang with the intent to shop for a new scooter for my daily commute to the office.
At the entrance, I was greeted by this sales person and I the first thing I told him was that I am thinking of getting a new bike. At the entrance was also a Yamaha NVX scooter which I inquired about the engine and if there is another higher end model. His responses to my queries were one worded answers which reflected lack of enthusiasm to sell me anything in the showroom. Further into my queries (which so far has taken less than 3 minutes), I asked if I can look into the helmet compartment. He response reflected that he is not interested to fetch the key to open the helmet compartment. I then asked him specifically “mahu jual ke tak mahu jual?” His response was “tak mahu jual”.
I then simply walk out of the showroom.
Perhaps, there is too much demand from customers at your outlet and one potential customer like me doesn’t make a difference to Soon Lian Modern Bikers’s bottom line. Or perhaps, it just Andy, and not the rest of the staff, but I surely wouldn’t recommend anyone to stop by an outlet who has a person like Andy working there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the foremen named Ah Keong, he's very friendly and professional. Thank you for changing my motorcycle engine block. It's been more than a year since it was changed and my motorcycle is still perfect condition. Highly recommended motor shop. Excellent job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID THIS SHOP! I repeatedly asked for the new motorcycle before and after payment since I don't want the display motor as it is very dusty and looks like worn out. They said they have the stock ready. Suddenly AFTER ONE DAY they call and said that I will get the display one because they have no stock for the motor I bought. I even paid CASH for the motorcycle. The most rude shop I've ever been. The girl at the counter even say "who are you?" to me when I ask for cash refund. anddddd The guy who greet customers at the door is actually the Manager and did nothing to solve the problem. I don't think that his name is actually Andy as he don't want people to know their name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service! They only entertain you if you are new buyer but once you PAID deposit they dont bother to ignore you at all! They wont reply and answering your questions.
The salesman name ANDY the one usually wait in front of the store is very not friendly and bad attitude to customer. He showed 0 interest to potential buyer. He only replied one word for every question you ask him and makes him looks like dont want to sell any bikes! Very slow service from him and turns out i found that he’s the manager there. The shop should find someone new to replace him! Im thinking of buying 3 bikes from the shop but he’s the reason im not buying there anymore ! I read a lot of bad reviews not from one but many people about his attitude and service to the customers!
The online platform is also very bad. Not replying to any texts from whatsapp and messenger, they only read and not reply at all. The fb shows like they are friendly but not really. Whoever in charge please take note on this!! I tried to call the shop but the amoi answer my call is very very bad and have 0 knowledge about the work she’s doing. I ask 3 questions but she couldn’t solve any of it and end the call and leave me hanging.
What i can say is look for another shop! They are very bad at handling customer and should fire the manager name ANDY there! Many platform/number/emails but cant reach any of it.
