im searching in google then come to this shop because their highly rated reviews but got very bad service and their price unacceptable (kapak) if u know what i mean..
Only one malay foreman really mechanic but others are rubbish.. hiring kids without knowledge or certificated to be a mechanic cause my car get another problem instead solved the one problem should be done.. and i have to pay extra charge for that problem even clearly come from their mistake. Dont proudly call urself experienced technician if u dont know simple things like different between racing forged alloy and stainless steel wheel nut and how to handle with it.Ur mechanic (actually a kid with tools) should learn from mistake instead of argue coz not all ur customer zero knowledge as u think.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used their service twice. First time is > 2 years ago, I was unhappy with another tyre shop which keep asking me to change tyre and i came to the shop based on good online review. The Taukeh asked me to change my front car tyre to two michelin premium tyre and move my preexisting good tyre to the back. I travelled weekly between Ipoh and KL and touch wood, two years has passed and I don't need to change any tyre at all. The second visit is going for tyre alignment today. The owner is busy but polite. I waited for a while (expected as I did not make prior appointment). After the alignment was done, the owner personally brought my car for a ride to ensure the car run smoothly. I am touched and impressed as it seemed the owner want to make sure the service is good-- even my job is just a tyre alignment. Charge are minimal and he did not ask me to change any tyre.
To be honest, the shop is busy with many staff. So wait is expected. But the boss is really hands on (unlike some other bosses in other shop, just let the staff to get on with their work without checking it is ok). Did not ask me to change tyre like other shops I have been. Thank you , well done and please take care of your self.
