★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First impressions in the premise, deco ok simple. Using the light that quite warm makes the surroundings quite hot. Self service on the counter. 4 staff where 3 in the kitchen 1 outside as waiter. All were quite busy.
The menu quite alot of western style food and the price quite cheap. This what i like.
What i dont like was the food quality the meat, chicken and fries. However the taste was ok. Too bad, hope it will improve on the food quality because the meat taste weird like not fresh. The lamb slice I had its about 50-60% fat. Thats very sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is value for money, the large platter at RM37 is recommendable with chicken parmigiana, chicken grill and lamb chop, fries, wedges and spaghetti Bolognese with black pepper and mushroom sauce. We took the peach tea tower which was diluted a bit but at RM15 is instagrammable. The butter chicken and rice is alright at RM8 but need more gravy/sauce. What we all HATED the most is the extremely loud music was a downside of the otherwise good restaurant. I've read the other reviewers saying the same thing so the owner need to take this into consideration. Pasang lagu perlahan dan menghiburkan would give the right ambiance to soru station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large portions, okay taste and good presentation. But all lost to the seating arrangement and lack of descent aura :'(, not worth the price at putrajaya, however same price at other branches with proper dine in might be worth it! Will try other branches though.
One burger quite enough for two people :-) wish they had better seating arrangements that suited price

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Services was okay. The food quite delicious. Order Mix grill and lamb was gooood. You should try The Lava if you love cheese!! Meatball are handmade (RECOMMENDED) and creamy spaghetti so so laa. Overall, love their food and it's quite cheaper ✨
