Went for free facial but agreed to take 100rm treatment. Was looking for Kelly but she's on leave. Warm greeting n friendly service by Ice (don't think her real name). She did Excellent shoulder massage & treat me well. This place offered more on spa experience, not the treatment & the quality of products used & after treatment result. But good experience to try. Just the worst part is the branch supervisor /manager. The tall & skinny lady. She is really rude & pushy. The explanation given was just simply basic & too common that you can even read by yourself. Since I've experiences at other places, I would say she just aim for sale sale sale. None of her 1 hour so called consultation session can beneficial the customer knowledges. Not money worth for that 1 hour wasted time. All just sales & commission purposed. She can't convince me in terms of the efficiency of the treatments. She just keep on stressing about so called the needs of water water water so called needed, money & sales without respect ny concern to think first before commit to them. I would say that Rm600 package she offered is good actually, bcoz can get 6x basic normal facials. But, I feel turned off bcoz she don't bother my concern about post facial effects. Further, their skin analysis machine is not being sanitizer/clean first. She just simply touch my face with that machines including water retention at my face feader. Lolz. Its totally liar. None of the machines can measure water retention on face. Instead just a body temperature like thermometer lolz. Pls its a facial ok not treatment. The moment I don't want to put any deposit bcoz lack of quality in products, moderate service facial & simple raw explanation, immediately she made bad facial expressions & simply leave me by running to the back like wanted to pee. Lolz. Such an Awful etiquette. She went without any polite gesture like saying THANKS. Such a rude person. I would say the other staffs at the counter are better than her. I wish Kelly or other staffs should be in charge of the branch manager. Professionalism out.

My personal review is that my counsultant Kelly was very nice and understanding. She makes me understand about my skin and had amazing treatment during my time with her. Good job!!

They have friendly and helpful staff. They provide good service. Got my facial done by Wenwen and Kelly. Overall performance is very nice. Skin became better after 1 treatment.

Dont ever trust them if they say you'll get free trial or rm38. Too much lie. Forcing u to pay more for another packages. Wont let u go untill u pay for another packages.Tbh i would just took my bag and leave but trying not to be rude. Waste of time. They didnt even think about customers, they only want saless and more salesss. absolutely erase customers opinion and just want money.

They contacted me, saying they'll be giving a free treatment. The beautician is being too pushy, pressured me to pay for a package that she promoted. I do understand that its their way to make sales but i think its a bit too far. They pressured me to pay for other treatment eventho I refused to, for like a thousand times. Ended up I paid rm80+ something. if Im going to pay so much for a trial then I would rather go for a normal facial. Its just a free trial, let me see first how your service is, then I'll consider if I want to add on another packages. Pls respect your cust. All she think about is sale sale sale. Wheres yr respect? Literally giving out my money for things I dont want to, since she wouldnt let me have the free trial unless i pay for smthing . Saying they'll give you a free trial but then u need to pay. What a b u l l s h t. And I hv to pay rm3 for a very cheap shower cap lol even hotel rooms provided a better quality shower cap than theirs. And after the treatment, she leave me just like that wthout saying anything. So rude. I didnt feel welcomed or being treated well, at all, the whole time I was there. I would never revisit this place again, wouldnt recommend at all. Forget to mention, they also said mean things while being too pushy and force me to pay for another packages. My friend also experienced the same thing. My friend being called ugly by one of the beautician, and its her birthday. What a bad day for her being downgraded by an old looking beautician on her own birthday. She's always insecure with her looks yet she got face shamed, and paid for a 'so called free trial'.

Kelly helped me to do my treatment this time replacing another consultant. I'm very thankful as she points out the sensitivity of some parts of my skin which no one has told me before. Friendly and good service. Excellent shoulder massage. Thank you.

Bought a Fave deal and visited the outlet, the service was very bad. Initially they contacted me and offered me a trial at RM38. I did some research about the salon and the treatment and found out Fave is offering the exactly same trial package at only RM20, this was the 1st lie. Then when I was there, they asked for RM3 extra charge for disposable items due to Covid-19 SOP was a bit pricey since I paid nothing to other saloons since RMCO started and this was never being communicated via WhatsApp. The only disposable items they provided was just a hairnet and a non-woven bed sheet, nothing else which I don't think it costs RM3. They asked about my routine beauty saloon patron and I refused to tell but instead I told them I don't prefer sign up package due to past bad experience. They persuaded me to top up for another RM180 to try another treatment and I refused. To me, this was just a trial, if I would to pay so much for a trial then I would rather go for a normal facial. Ended up, they put me idle for long time during cold steam, soothing mask and the LED mask. Normal procedure was about 10 mins but I was left unattended for at least 15 to 20 mins. At the end of the facial, they don't even pat my back to relax my muscles like other saloons did after long hours of laying there. I did feel like I wasn't a customer and not being well treated. This was one of the worst facial I had and I will never revisit again even if it is FOC. You will get a very bad rating if I was sent by your company to spot on your service quality.
