β β β β β The beauty consultant (Amy) is very good and friendly. The massage is very nice and warm. I had a great time with her. But I need to wait for an hour before I got the treatment ready. Thank you Soul Beauty, definitely will come again!

β β β β β This was my first time having facial treatment at Soul Beauty and it was great experience. My skin looks fresh after the treatment. I was assisted by staff named Stephy and she is very gentle and advisable person. Will definitely come again to have further treatment. Good service i've ever had!

β β β β β Just went to my facial appointment last few weeks. Overall the service is very good, facilities are fair. The therapist consultant name stephy is very friendly and service is excellent! Will defiantly go back and visit for my next facial! Keep up the good work!!

β β β β β Very very hard sell, went there once (they said I was selected for a free treatment), worst experience ever, never again. Minimal effort in facial treatment and then started hard selling, expression changed completely and face turned real black and swapped another sales person when I expressed my disinterest, even tried to detain me when I tried to leave, I got so scared I asked my friend to pick me up. This place is my nightmare.
PS: this was two years ago, not sure what their tactics are now, I'm writing it now because my close ones are getting calls about "discounted/free" treatments. Please beware of this company, I also realised they have so many 5 stars reviews now because they force people to write it or they wouldn't let them go as part of their hard selling plan.
To the company: I'm not sure if you pay the facial girls an only commission with no basic salary package, but might I suggest that it DOES NOT WORK and you're only scaring customers away. I always tell my friends and family not to go there whenever the topic comes up, words spread.

β β β β β Good in facial treatment and no good experience especially their hard sales...Too hard sales,even during doing facial also cannot relax at all,need to hear them hard sales as they say they care of our face problem o...So annoying.Only two times of the facial experience was good with peaceful and relax one, the remaining visits (5 appointment visits if not mistaken) can't be peaceful, walao...nag nag nag explain explain hard sell hard sell till I go back..Use your brain u want to scare your customer away ?Tell u I just want peaceful one also no listen.Ask me to renew,and I want to close account because busy no time to go there, ask me to put deposit which cannot be refunded to lock the package price...If it is allowed to do facial quietly,I will often come and visit,but sorry lo can't stand this bad and torturing experience the whole journey of facial treatment which is not relax at all.Come on..Your customer experience shouldn't be in this kind of standard la..Torturing.Give u 2 stars only in overall because of your nagging annoying hard sells which bring down the stars from 4 to 2 stars.Feedback to hope for your improvement la.

β β β β β Terrible service,too much hard selling ,very bad facial treatment i wanted to leave so bad .my treatment is for 2 hours she finished it in 30 minutes and forced me to pay for some stupid LED after bargaining from rm 400 to finnaly forcing me to pay 50.no changes whatsover on my face .very bad service if u want to still visit this be prepared for their non stop hard selling and trying to steal all ur money.i regret my experience here.

β β β β β Very bad experience. I should have read the review before I agree on coming in. I made an appointment to come in at 5pm but I message them saying I would be late as soon as I know I will be stuck in a traffic, but they did not respond. when I get there they let me wait so I waited. at 6pm they send a girl out asking me to make another appointment because I missed the 5pm time slot. OK, like seriously?! I told them I was sorry when I arrived that I come in close to 20mins late, they could have sent me back straight away if they really can't do anything for me or even call and tell me don't bother coming in when I messaged. Instead they make me wait till 6pm to tell me this. So ladies, if you know you are going to be just 1min late please do yourself a favour and cancel the appointment. Don't make the mistake I made and waste your time.
