★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 曾拜访过这家心聆工坊，我个人认为辅导员给予的评估（我家属=他们的的client的assessment)没那么准确。。。(在这里的patient 都会被称为client) 长话短说，最让我不满的地方是他们竟然会把client的家属当成client来看待。。。Client的assessment用的时间是50分钟要付185令吉，这一点还算合理。但我不明白的是，当辅导员请client的家属进去了解client的状况时，在那段时间怎么也要算minutes? 这家简直就是在敲诈？client的家属进去了解patient也就是他们所谓的client的状况关于第一次的评估，当时的我只想了解评估出来的结果。。。万万没想到出来要付款时，他竟然告诉我们，现在的价钱已不再是185令吉，而是增加了60分钟（把client的家属叫进去里面讲了几句废话）突然就变成Total: 110minutes = RM330。 我就吓到了，你们该不会也把我当成你的client来算minutes吧? 真的很荒谬！我跟他对质说，在我进去之前你也没有告诉我说，我的也要算minutes？因为我只是进去了解家属的评估报告而已…… 他竟然说他们的做风向来都是要算minutes的，还一直在推销配套，说我的家属状态不稳定，要求我们签配套，比较便宜，一个星期去一次。。。简直是不可理喻！ 我简直就是在花冤枉钱进去听你讲废话不是吗？叫我要多照顾身体，我知道你现在很压力，要相信你自己的选择，相信god会帮你？我在想自己是不是来到church了？ 还跟我说，通常client的家属到头来往往都会变成他们的client。。。哇靠！你是希望我有一天也会变成你的client是吗？！就多给你们敲诈多一笔？！
 I have visited this heart-to-work workshop. I personally think that the assessment given by the counselor (my family = their client's assessment) is not so accurate. . . (The patients here will be called clients.) Long story short, the most dissatisfied place is that they will treat the client's family as a client. . . The client's assessment time is RM185 for 50 minutes, which is reasonable. But what I don't understand is that when the counselor asks the client's family to go in and understand the status of the client, how do you count minutes at that time? Is this simply extorting? The client's family went in to understand the patient, which is the status of their so-called client, and I only wanted to know the results of the evaluation. . . When he never thought of paying, he actually told us that the current price is no longer RM 185, but an increase of 60 minutes (calling the client's family to speak a few nonsense) suddenly becomes Total: 110minutes = RM330. I was scared, you should not count me as your client to count minutes? Really ridiculous! I told him that I didn't tell me before I went in, I have to count minutes? Because I just went in to understand the assessment report of my family... He even said that their style has always been counted as a minute, and they have been selling the package, saying that my family is in an unstable state and asked us to sign the package, which is cheaper. Go once a week. . . It is simply unreasonable! I am just spending money to go in and listen to you talking nonsense, isn’t it? Call me to take care of my body. I know that you are under pressure now. I want to believe in your own choice. I believe God will help you? I wonder if I came to the church? Also told me that usually the client's family will always become their client. . . Wow! Are you hoping that I will become your client one day? ! Just give you more than a lot of extortion? !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很感谢新山有这么一家辅导中心。那天我很无助，打去询问时，完全没办法表达我自己的情绪，乱发脾气和情绪很失控，但是客服人员很用心地聆听，让我能够调整心情。 （谢谢你，不记得是哪位了，希望没吓到你，真的很谢谢）
早上过去见了辅导员。大概谈了1小时，很神奇！真的真的真的好像一切都解决了。一开始我以为要去好几次，但是辅导员和我谈了，我的问题就突然神奇的没事了。很很感谢她。（谢谢老师不批评我，让我觉得很自在，可以轻松地说）
觉得自己很幸运，本来我觉得很心烦的事，一下子就不见了。非常推荐这一家辅导中心，从客服的耐心，到辅导员的专业。都很棒！谢谢你们！
Thank you very much for having such a counseling center in Johor Bahru. I was very helpless that day. When I called to inquire, I couldn't express my emotions at all. I lost my temper and my emotions were out of control, but the customer service staff listened very carefully, allowing me to adjust my mood. (Thank you, I don’t remember who it is, I hope it didn’t scare you, thank you very much)
I went to see the counselor in the morning. We talked for about an hour, it was amazing! It really really seems like everything is solved. At first I thought I would go several times, but the counselor talked to me, and my problem was suddenly all right. Thank her very much. (Thank you, the teacher, for not criticizing me, for making me feel comfortable and I can say it easily)
I feel very lucky. What I thought was very upsetting at first disappeared. I highly recommend this counseling center, from the patience of customer service to the professionalism of counselors. They are great! thank you all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to visit last week. I feel much more better right now. Counsellor is very helpful, listen to me even when I cry so hard, yet could understand my situation and figure out what I did not say. Experience in handling my situation. Thank you for the listening ear.
Suggest to those who want to go for counselling session, make appointment earlier (maybe day before) as I call it that day and asked for immediate appointment, but they are a full schedule on that day already, so arrange me on the other days. But still overall very satisfy for their understanding and try to arrange fastest slot for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seldom write review, but this time would express my gratitude towards Ms Yeoh. Appreciate admin Ms Yeoh for picking up the phone and answering all my doubt last night although it was shown that is a rest day in the centre. But really thankful for Ms Yeoh because of her understanding and thoughtful for willing to answer my doubts of related questions, then only i know psychiatrist and counsellor is a different thing and how was counselling service function and clear my doubt of whether i should make a move or not, she is indeed encouraging. And I really feel ease even a short 20 min conversation with her.
She touched my heart, deep inside, understanding my concern as a mother and hardships of being a full time woman. Will have a chat with my son and make appointment with this centre soon after. Salute for this centre, the admin is professional enough to handle my emotion. Looking forward to meet the counsellor.
Side note: This centre require an appointment in order to meet the counsellor( meanwhile is not a call centre service).
