β β β β β Very friendly, efficient and approachable counter staff and diverse range of therapy options available. I highly recommend Ms Grace in particular for her experience in personal therapy and relaxed, conversational and insightful style. She has a calm demeanour and friendly persona, making use of her deep knowledge which she uses to advise actionable techniques to boost her client's mental health. Highly recommended!

β β β β β Going for therapy at soul mechanics has been one of the best decisions Iβve made. I was looking for a therapist in PJ and this popped up. Ms Devi, my therapist has been absolutely amazing and she always makes me feel safe to speak up. Therapy sessions are scheduled well and she is very accommodating.
Iβd definitely recommend services at Soul Mechanics.

β β β β β Ms. Devi was godsent. I love how patient, insightful and creative she is in her approach with counselling. She has guided me through a particular difficult time I had, to finding and understanding my inner self. She has made me felt safe and comfortable to fully express my thoughts and emotions in every counselling session, be it about career or personal life. Mental health is a lifelong learning, and Iβm beyond grateful to have Ms. Devi with me on this. I've approached several other counselling services before meeting Ms. Devi, and I highly recommend you to look nowhere else.
Separately, I also had the opportunity to meet Ms. Jasmine, a leadership coach. I spent 14-weeks and more with her on a leadership course and now a communication course. I love how genuine and passionate she is in what she does. She did not just βtellβ me, but showed me in her very own actions and personal stories on how to be humble and introspective, yet at the same time own our light and shine!

β β β β β Over the past year, I've been seeing Ms. Devi regularly (both in online and in-person sessions) and she has become an integral part in my healing journey. As a kind and empathetic individual, she has given me a safe space to express my emotions whilst guiding me to come to my own realisations and providing me with valuable tools to manage my stress and trauma. I'm no longer as hard on myself as I used to be, and I definitely value myself and my boundaries a lot more - all this can be attributed to her help!
If anyone is considering going to therapy, Soul Mechanics is a great option, and I can vouch for how value-adding it can be to your life. While I did have some worries with online sessions, I found it to be as effective as in-person sessions, and I appreciated how convenient and flexible this option was when considering my work schedule.

β β β β β Really recommend Soul Mechanics to everyone who's having hard times. Always remember you're not alone and Soul Mechanics is there to hear your stories. This is my safe place. I can tell everything without afraid of being judged :) <3 Ms. Devi has been a great help to me since day 1. Everything was overwhelming for me but she's there to guide me. I feel comfortable in my sessions as I th tell everything.
Although my sessions was only in Zoom but I still can feel the connection. Hope to have face to face sessions in future!

β β β β β I started my mental wellness journey in Aug 2021, being a new mother navigating parenting during the Covid pandemic. I knew it would be challenging considering I was not able to do face to face counselling sessions with a psychologist or therapist, but after some research online for a counsellor near me I found Soul Mechanics and have been enjoying my virtual therapy sessions very much. Although all my sessions have been virtual sessions via Zoom platform, I donβt feel like I am losing out on the connection with my therapist. She has demonstrated knowledge in techniques as well as has the experience to guide me to achieve better mental wellness. The virtual sessions are just as good as face to face sessions and make me feel comfortable and supported. I would recommend trying out Soul Mechanics for those who are new to their mental health journey like myself, or anyone who wants to improve themselves.
