โ โ โ โ โ Terrible christmas eve dinner. Used 2hrs to serve 4pax of food, at the end still need to cancel food because waited too long. All tables facing the same problem. Something wrong with the kitchen! No more next time.

โ โ โ โ โ This restaurant has no idea what they are doing. The staffs are not professional and incompetent. Me and my partner waited for our food for 2.2 hours and still our food was not prepared. When we asked what happened to our food, the staff didn't even have the courtesy to explain to us why there was a delay we were slammed with a YEAH YEAH YEAH instead. Please don't go here unless you purposefully want to ruin your evening

โ โ โ โ โ Do not dine at this restaurant if you do not want to be dissappointed ??? Came here for a family dinner and it wasn't even full capacity at that time, we waited for 1.5hrs for 2 pasta dishes and we had asked the staff 4 to 5 times about our pasta but nobody came back to us and when we wanted to cancel our order, they didn't let us to and kept making us wait. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO SPOIL YOUR DAY.

โ โ โ โ โ My family and I celebrated Christmas Eve at Souled Garden, Puchong. We made reservation for the evening and when we arrived, the waiter/ waitress were very clueless and we had to find the table on our own. Things went downhill from there, the food we ordered did not arrive on a timely manner and our last two orders did not arrived even after waiting for more than 1 and 1/2 hours. When we asked the supervisor, she took note and went downstairs. We waited some more but she did not return to inform us on when the food is arriving. We asked the second waiter and he said the food is arriving. But still no show of food. We decided to make the payment but was stopped by the supervisor, we asked why should we wait when the food is not here and pay. She demanded we wait but we were tired of waiting. We left after paying. P.S: There were a lot of people who were complaining and was stopped by the waiter and supervisor. Overall bad experience.

โ โ โ โ โ The grilled Lamb is my favourite comparing to rib eye. Ordered second plate to share. Nice to go with red wine. I brought in my own wine, they charged RM60 as corkage.
Quality of service is great, no complaint.

โ โ โ โ โ Great food for a reasonable price. Meat and steak were very well marinated and topped with generous Italian herbs. Really very flavorful. Meat doneness is also perfectly done. Vegetables also very evenly cooked. Mussels on the spaghetti Bolognese was well cooked with perfect texture. Cheezy Rice was delicious. Very large variety if liqueur available. Good brands of draught beer like Paulaner and Elderwise. Very clean restaurant. Workers very friendly but need to make sure the many foreigner waiters understood your orders correctly. Still very weak in local languages especially English and BM. Ample parking lots available on a weekend evening dinner. Does NOT accept eWallet payment. Just credit cards and cash.

โ โ โ โ โ The waiter was welcoming, promptly brought us to our table and also was very attentive throughout our dining session. The food tasted alright, typical Malaysian cafe food. The ambiance looked like they put a lot of work into it. I would give 3-4/5 stars for the taste of the food, but for the entire dining experience, Iโd like to give this shop a chance to improve.
