★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are no proper signage for parking indicate it's not an open public car parking lots. No security guard, no sign where is the parking. Please label up properly parking lots only for Mah Sing. I really felt unfair and not satisfied that car got clamped and need to pay RM50 as a penalty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful and friendly security guards. I was looking for a certain shop and the security guards asked if I am searching for anything. They even checked with other guards for the whereabouts of the shop as different guards are in-charge of different blocks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an unpleasant experience in finding one of the offices here …. There was no proper boards or signs that says "To register at the security area" me and my teammates ended running around and chasing after the security guards for information and guidance to the floors. We had to literally ask one of them to help and they had to SOS one of their guards to lead us to the respective floor because without the tap of the access card, we won't be able to reach the floors. A word of advice, please come early as possible to search for the people or offices here otherwise you might get lost around.. but there are plenty of cafes to chill about but some without their mask on.. you may wanna utilize double mask ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cashless paid parking is available here. If you're looking for food they have subway and other local food available here. There's a hong leong bank here too. So far I'm here for booster dose, quite convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here with my dad for his booster jab, it was rather convenient only that the sitting area isn't the best for older people as the chairs had wheels. Process was very easy, staff and doctor were very friendly and helpful. They do strictly by appointments so no walk ins were entertained when I took my dad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Half empty looking commercial building. Basement parking is poorly lighted up, can be improved. Nothing much to look forward to visit unless you've business to attend to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Southgate was formerly site of the MTC headquarter and its cigarette manufacturing plant. Most recently the premises was also rented by fashion house, Nichi before it was rebuilt into a commercial and office hub by the Mah Sing group making it into new landmark along the busy and congested Jalan Sungai Besi.
The hub which was initially well tenanted has seen better days. I was there to receive my Covid booster at the PPV which rented a space there temporarily and things have not turnaround much.
Its unimpressive track records looks like it will remain as it is if not for its strong backer, Mah Sing keeping it afloat at all costs.
