โ โ โ โ โ I am Selvarani, on 22nd Sep2021 I bought 6 units of outdoor wall lamp (MF 313-8 BK 8W COB LED Wall Light), from this shop total RM 330. I fixed the lamps after completion of renovation work by end of Oct2021.The lamps worked fine for 3 dys, then start to mulfunction one after one. I returned 4units to Sover Sitiawan for review. They mentioned no warranty. I asked why spoiled within 2-3 dys after fixing? They said that I shoudn't connect the green wire. To my supprise none of the seller mentioned about this when purchase, the 6 units of lights. It comes with nicely packed box without any manual or instruction saying green wire shouln't be connected. There is no wiring connection intstruction as well . I further asked the seller if green is not required for wiring why is it buit with that wire? They said it is the requirement that lights should be built with green wire, otherwires won't get approval. .......... So my RM330 just lost simply because of their hidden information. On 22nd Sept 2021 I purchased some other lamps as well costing RM1630. We can get the lights from online shopping which is much cheaper, we prefer to purchase direct from shop because of their after sales service. However in this case pls do not buy this types of outdoor wall lights ...... I don't know why they need to hide this inforamtion, why no wiring instruction or manual saying green wire shoudn't be connected? Any reason why Sover hide this inforamtion? Why I need to bare the cost when it is their fault that they didn't provide sufficient information?
