★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Face to face repair as advertised. Initially my smartphone get stucked and auto restart. Went to Sen Heng for extended warranty but the technician said it's the battery and display problem which will need me to pay rm800+ for them to test and repair.
As I felt disappointed, I went to this shop, the technician opened it up and even try to change new battery to see if the battery problem for free but still the problem persisted. No charge at all because he said it's motherboard problem and it's out of his hand.
Just confirmed it with Samsung centre and it's really the motherboards problems, not the battery or display.
