β β β β β I called at 10am to book for a slot at 1pm, drive very far from here only to be rejected because of my high BP. If you had mention or text me regarding this SOP, i would have save my time & cancel my appointment. They had 3hours to text me. Where's your SOP?

β β β β β Was my 1st time doing bekam sunnah ever! Went with a friend & my nephew. My therapist was super professional.
However, at the beginning, while waiting at the sofa, the front desk staff (1 female & 2 joined later) were a bit noisy. I even heard one of them said βpilih lah yg mana, lat talilatβ, not once but twice, when the male therapist was asking about which one of us is assigned to them. I thought that was an offensive remark to make in front of clients and was very unprofessional.
Was a good 1st experience overall with the bekam but really, professionalism is something that some of the staff could work on. I mean, being friendly and trying too hard to appear friendly are 2 different things.
