However when I ordered my son's birthday cake one day earlier hoping to have a fresh baked cake, the staff didn't provide any cake cutting knife and candle. (Was in a rush when collecting the cake) The cake also doesn't look as nice as those displayed in the shop. Very disappointed with this incident.

Made from cream icing than usual sugarpaste/fondant, the entire cake can be eaten. Filled with their signature belgium chocolate, taste is so tantalising that kids and elderly love it!
Good customer service... very accomodating, customisation according to customer requirements.
And all under rm200 for insta-worth picture.
