★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The foods are not fresh. Poor customer service. Very expensive. They are charging for add ons which is normally free in banana leaf restaurants. Poor service eventhough very less customers in the restaurant. The fried dishes are not fresh... mooru ice or milk ice...I'm not sure

Crew here is friendly n polite however they are not v attentive. Sometimes it's really hard to catch their attention (especially if ure seated near the counter); they're either hiding at the back no where to be seen, watching TV, or talking among themselves or w customers.
Their Indian Curry is okay. Premium Rice set is 9.90myr per head. Rice is decent; fragrant on its own, but can be even better. Ayam Goreng Berempah (7myr) is v ordinary; I personally didn't fancy it. Boneless Mutton (8.90myr) also just so so.
Minus one star because they actually charge for extra rice, side vege and papadum. For two person we had to pay additional 10myr for the "extras". And we didn't even take the full set, only took some. Ah well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big 'No No' to this restaurant. Where to start ..too many red lights.
1.Very poor customer service. Shop have no crowd but yet no one came to take orders despite calling them several times. Banana leaf meal served in plates since no banana leaf available on that day. Aircond have no cooling.. its hot inside.
2.While serving the vege they claim there will extra charges for add up. Very little vege served, qt stingy, especially the fried ocra , just that ocra missing,only fried flour.
3. Ordered ice lemon tea, they fail to inform its a cordial, which only taste like light brown ice water.
Ordered Moor ice (buttermilk) which taste awful, complain to them thought it might spoil, but they claim its fresh yogurt. We insist it doesnt taste right probably they can confirm by tasting it, for which they reply saying they dont drink buttermilk. Whats can i say.. it taste terrible.. wasted 3 cups of so called buttermilk.
4. They pulled the trigger and annoyed all 6 of us when they refuse to give our leftovers. Unfinish chicken 65(taste sourish), mutton gravy, .. and leftover rice & bones and other vegetable from 6 plates for stray puppies since we usually not a fan of wasting food. We even mention to them just put it in a plastic bag or any simple packing, in which they denied saying they cant give the food, take note they deny the food which WE PAY for it, all the chicken ,mutton rice and vege which we pay.they claim they can't pack the food especially if its for puppies. Its the shop rules it seems, you only eat , cant take away the the leftovers from your plate.
5. Literally we can hear them talking bad about us in the kitchen when we insist we need the leftovers to be packed and while giving the leftover they told this will be the first and last..really ? Rude .. extremely rude .
It was a good day for us untill the lunch experience spoil the whole mood.
DON'T GO HERE . Setia Alam have other better serving banana leaf restaurant.
I just dont wanted to give any star.... Not Going here after this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a perfect local indian restaurant. Price is cheaper compared to other surrounding indian restaurants. A complete Banana Leaf Meal with loads of veges. Food is tastly like home made. Service is fast and good. Highly recommended for those who want to eat really tasty indian food for reasonable price. The restaurant interior is beautiful which is suitable for special treats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food taste getting bad day by day. Friendliness is totally out. The PIC takes order as if were forced to do work. Workers are very slow. Always down with staffs every time I visit. If ask them to add-on any vege, they are hesitating to add as if they giving the food for free. Totally not worth the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food, good service and very affordable! We ordered Banana Leaf rice set, Hyderabad Chicken and Mango Lassi, the portion was generous, chicken was tender and cooked perfected. Will definitely come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Calculative (calculative to the extend that the workers in kitchen were told to dilute drinks and not to serve more than a x amount of dish preserving) and expensive.
Banana leaf here is not like the other restaurants where you can add on the vegetables. Here they charge for each extra vegetables that is served on banana leaf. Received 3 Chickens in chicken sambal. Mooru's (buttermilk) consistency was like water and it costs RM 2.80. Hot cow's milk Milo cost RM 5.00. Biryani is tasteless (not worth it).
****Not recommended to eat in a place that rations food but charges extra ****

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to dine, appreciate the variable choices for rice for the banana leaf rice. They have the potential to be a good banana leaf joint, need to find that last jigsaw puzzle. Frankly I don't eat enough Indian food to give that oomph but we certainly be back again.
