★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalau ada carpet yg beli dgn harga mahal. Saya sarankan jgn hantar ke kedai ni walaupun harga cuci carpet dia murah Pengalaman saya, saya hntar carpet turkey made saya pada 16/10/2021. Pada 20/10 saya tanya status. Katanya belum kering lagi. 5 hari lepas tu saya call lagi utk follow up, mereka langsung tidak angkat call saya dah. Bila call taknak angkat. Msg tak reply. Bila call pakai no yg lain baru diorg angkat itu pon mintak dilewatkan masa dan hari ambil. Ambil masa 3 minggu utk diorg return balik. Masa dtg ambil pertama kali, fringe carpet terbakar seperti dalam gambar. Owner cuba nak salahkan kami, tapi mmg terbukti itu salah pihak dobi. Sgt hampa. Kali kedua setelah total 4 minggu hantar dkt kedai. Fringe carpet dah hilang kesan terbakar. Tapi carpet jadi bau kepam. Saya hampa. Nasihat untuk bakal pelanggan. Cari la kedai yg betul2 boleh cuci carpet. Walaupun kedai ni dia bg harga murah. Tapi tak berbaloi, sbb skrg ada kerosakan dan bau busuk dkt carpet. Saya kecewa dengan servis kedai ni.
If there is a carpet that you buy at an expensive price. I recommend not to send it to this store even though the price of carpet cleaning is cheap. My experience, I sent my turkey made carpet on 16/10/2021. On 20/10 I asked the status. He said it was not dry yet. 5 days ago I called again for follow up, they didn't answer my call at all. When the call does not go up. Msg so reply. If the call uses another number that has just been picked up, ask for the time and day to take it. Take 3 weeks to diorg return back. The first time I took it, the carpet fringe burned as in the picture. The owner tried to blame us, but it was proven that it was the laundry party's fault. Sgt hampa. The second time after a total of 4 weeks, send it to the store. The fringe carpet has lost its burning effect. But the carpet smelled musty. I am empty. Advice for potential customers. Find the right store that can wash the carpet. Although this shop is cheap. But not worth it, so now there is damage and a bad smell on the carpet. I am disappointed with the service of this shop.
