★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would rather put no star on this company. Very poor and bad quality of house project in Taman Sutera Wangi Melaka, Batu Berendam. Too many defects in my house and luckly i hire the inspector to check all the defects. Defects report has submitted, and pending one more issue with the porch (leaks from top). Mr. Hazlan / Ms.noor for both of them poor in communication reply and none of them to help solve the issue. For me they are totally unworthy person to talks especially Mr. Hazlan. It is a luck if he is replying your text. For ms. Noor the last word from her to check and same attitude with no update.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought my first house with SPNB and it was a total nightmare, worst experience ever. Yes, I'm talking about ASPIRE RESIDENCE - CYBERJAYA. The project should be completed around 2020 but get delayed due to covid (that is acceptable) but years after that there is still no progress. It even declared as SICK project under KPKT. And yet, there is no sense of urgency for SPNB to complete it real soon. Meetings after meetings, all they did was giving trash talk and empty promises. The project get delayed again and again. They even asked us to stop commenting and giving bad reviews as their sales is dropping. Seriously??! Who cares. Deliver your project on time, you'll get good reviews. Otherwise, our armies will keep it going.
