★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most comprehensive and well-established semi-government Sports Medicine Clinic in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It is located at the 11th floor of Menara Selatan in the University Malaya Medical Centre. It is a one-stop centre that provides services ranging from diagnosis and treatment of sport-related and MSK injuries, sports rehabilitation and physiotherapy, return-to-sport, injectable therapy, pre-participation examination, sports injuries prevention in elite and recreational athletes. At the other end of spectrum, the clinic also provides fitness assessment and exercise prescription for weight reduction in overweight and obese adults and children and/or patients with chronic non-communicable diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, cancer survival, osteoarthritis to improve their physical fitness. Special thanks to all the lovely clinic staffs especially to Dr. Alston Choong (Sports Medicine Specialist) that succeed in treating my recalcitrant tennis elbow and help me to return back to my favorite tennis sport. Highly recommended as most trainee doctors there are highly competent and professional with only handful amount of charges by the hospital (if not government servant/student/pensioner/elderly) compared to private medical centres that provide ridiculously expensive sports medicine service.

Register at counter, up to level 11 sports section, waited for less than 10 min. Dr Samihah was very attentive and knowleageable. Also checked on my back old injury. Recommended me to rest and come back 2 weeks later for a check before resuming my sports activity.
Smooth as silk experience today. Dr Samihah is very doctor if u know what i mean. :)
