Positive frontline employee behaviour leads to the increasing of guest satisfaction and they represent a critical factor in developing effective working relationships with guests. If frontline employees practice a positive behaviour, the guest will give a positive reaction and at the end give good reputation towards the hotel itself.
A	Azy Hamzah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great locations & facilities, but let down by a poor maintenance. My request to change one malfunction bulb light in my room was not entertained during my stay there. During night, I have found out that my room door's knob easily disassemble from the door's lock mechanism. Have to do creative way to attached it back to its design location. Overall great panoramic view during dusk and down, because the resort located right at the river's bank.

Rude staff and i guess the owner or manager scolding their staff in front of the guest. Food is disgusting and Super unorganized staff. I do not recommend to anyone. worst place in KB.

The recent one the staff forgot to inform us (when made reservation) that they have fishing competition at nite (the day we checked in). The place was opened to public for the event. It was so crowded with people fishing at our room's verandah that facing a river. It was really disaster as our original plan to have peaceful weekend escape.

I	Ismaliana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During my first time stayed here, At 9pm I did ask about extra bed n I said I would like to have it but not sure about the quantity. And guess what, they are no staff around at 11pm (they are all go back home) n they don't even bother to ask me back about the extra bed before they go back. And during my check out time at 8am in the next morning, no staff available at reception for me to take the deposit. And they don't even following up with me with the deposit money. I come back to stay for second time, then only I get the deposit back. I love the place , but the service is really disappointing me. Maybe the management could do something about this. Makesure staff come in early or atleast have 1 staff to stay all night in case the visitor have any queries.
