★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to print a 36 page document, took a40 mins. Asked for 80GSM paper, staff told me to buy it myself and they'll use that then the staff also doesn't know how to price it. After that called a superior, after he explain to her, still she couldn't understand and he ended up explaining it to me to tell her. Not even bothered enough to apologise for the delay, just handed it off and told me to pay. Idiotic staff.

I wanted to reorder my booklets from them , been Whatsapp and calling them for the last one week , they DUN EVER BOTHER TO REPLY !!! This book store had been the popular one in the rahman putra neighborhood, too bad !! The worst customer service ever
