是一间非常不负责任的疗养院，我父亲住在这里3个月的时间可以暴瘦15KG，平时都是用视频通话来观察我父亲的情况，但是因为我父亲有老人痴呆，所以往往只拍额头给我看，完全看不出他暴瘦的情况，直到我姐姐申请去看望父亲的时候发现父亲严重消瘦，他们也没有人通知我，还坚持说在我打电话给我父亲的时候已经通知我了，可是我曾经在Whastsapp问过我父亲是不是没有吃东西，可是完全没有正面回答过，从一个可以走路进去的老人家到出来是被轮椅推着出来的。如果要不是因为新年要接父亲回家过新年，估计父亲应该被这件疗养院害死了。
发生事情后就算了，也不正面的决绝问题和改善问题，还很不负责任的变成家属的问题，说家属有什么要求可以和疗养院说，那么这间疗养院的意识是照顾好老人不是一个他们应该做的吗？怎么会变成家属要Request呢？从来也没有自动和我们说过任何关于父亲的情况，就连看医生之后有什么情况也没有得到任何通知。之后找人要了解全部情况也只能对到Manager，对到了之后也不懂头不懂尾，最后没办法我直接联系院长也选择直接回避，还有很没有礼貌的直接挂电话。
最后我选择直接带走我的父亲还好意识罚款我一个月的押金，原因是因为我的父亲没有给1 Month Notice所以罚款，疗养院也从来没有给我签署过任何合约，而且我父亲被你们照顾成这个样子，谁还有勇气把自己的父亲送回去给这种商业化的疗养院？不用心，就赚钱。
之后做了身体检查，也确定营养不良。要送自家老宝先考虑，我本身自己不是专业的自己照顾父亲2年了都没有暴瘦15KG，把自己称为疗养院却有本事照顾成这个样子。顺便一提没有你们的照料，我父亲的老人痴呆也没有退化得这么快。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 垃圾地方，给自家的老人家回去几天回来没有做任何防疫措施导致大部分老人家中covid（其中包括我妈妈），我妈妈中covid了也没有通知家属，直到4月9号早上我妈妈血氧过低送去医院才通知家属。我妈妈在医院躺了9天，吸了9天的氧气，直到4月18号过世了。。院方也没有任何的行动和慰问，直到结算钱的那天尽然把我妈妈不在住的9天钱也算下去，这个地方只是在乎钱和名声而已，要说办事能力的话，只可以说差到离谱。。。想要把自家的父母送过去的必须三思，这件事情就发生在我自己的妈妈身上
