★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please dont rent here. The landlord is suffering from some psychiatric illness. He will scold you with abusive word, if u park at other empty parking space not allocated to u, even if u still in the car and waiting for ur family to come down. He gave one month termination notice to a tenant to get out, just because he parked at the wrong spot for 5 minutes. He charged me rm200, just because i made few tiny hole to fix astro wire. The landlord is just crazy. Please dont rent here. U will regret. Furthermore, this area is a flood area. Massive Flood occurs 2-3 times per year here. Be prepared to be transportless, as ur vehicle will be guaranteed to be damaged by the frequent flood here.
