★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did purchasing for my brother's wedding on coming December..excellent customer service given by the staff namely Mr.Chettiyar..Both bride and grooms family are satisfied..they do have a lot of new arrived materials with reasonable price and negotiable...highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly & helpful staff. It does get crowded during peak times. So many choices of sarees for casual or special occasions. Prices are competitive. The bargaining part is not a favorite of mine but seems to be the trend. The men's collection could be better though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales persons are rude and no longer focuses on customers need. They can left customers picked choices unattended and lost track while selecting clothes in other department. Sales person comments rudely in between serving customers "frustrating client, getting fed-up" etc as though the customer are not aware.
As a customer I was purchasing many sarees and mens dhoti sets like total more 10, obviously will take time to finalise the size, colours etc but what ended up was like above.
I will remember that one sales person especially.
Will never return again. Thank you.
