★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've lived here since 2001 and have seen the community evolve from a family centric housing complex to a mid rent student dig. It's still nice, and the local community run management has the residents' interests at heart. The common areas; the club house, gym, swimming pools, playgrounds, and musolla are seeing regular upgrades as the years go on. Shops and facilities are easily accessible downhill. A nice place to live overall
