Akak Operator buat kerja dengan bagus dan amanah cuma selalu takda duit baki kalau beri duit besar. Perlu sediakan yg mencukupi/wang kecil untuk membuat pembelian tiket. Untuk keselesaan dalam bas adalah baik dan memuaskan, tidak kotor, dan mempunyai udara yg dingin. Seat yang selesa dan boleh dilaras dgn bagus tetapi seat tidak terlalu tebal dan empuk. Bas mempunyai pintu kecemasan dia bahagian atas bumbung dan bahagian belakang kiri bas. Pemandu bas memandu dengan berhemah, cekap dan selamat. Semua okay kecuali sesetengah penumpang yang mempunyai pemikiran tahap ketiga di mana mereka sesuka hati membuang sampah peribadi mereka ke merata tempat. Sekurang-kurangnya simpan dahulu dalam poket dan buang apabila jumpa tong sampah. Bagaimana anda jumpa tempat yang bersih, begitu juga anda tinggalkan tempat tersebut dengan keadaan yang bersih. Anyway, pemandu bas berbangsa India utk operasi bas ini sporting, helpful dan berbudi bahasa. Goodjob. ???

Seriously u should check the services of your staffs at tg malim counter. Theres never been in time when I went there and there wont be any issues or problems. I am not the type to file complaints as I forgive easily but I think these issues will continue on if there are no further actions. 1. The staffs always not on their seat. The counter always left empty. Customers need to wait about 20 minutes to purchase tickets. What bothering me is that why it always being sri maju counter while other counters always have their staffs. 2. Rude staffs. First time I went there, the staff ask me to wait for purchase as she wanted to finish her meal first. She even had not open her meal! I understand if her fingers already glued with rice but it hasnt. She only needs about 2 minutes to complete the purchase but she asked me to wait longer. And i tell u guys, tg malim station is not that busy like other places such as shah alam. 2nd case, the staff yelled at me because she wont bother to tell me the time available for my tickets. When i asked about the time, she pointed her finger to the counter screen and guees what, she pointed at wrong direction. Theres no schedule or table that show any time for the destination. When i asked again again, then she yelled. My suggestion, if u dont want customers to bother or ask you questions, why not put a proper and understandable schedule like transnasional. Seriously, i am very dissapointed. Wont bother to come again.
