Sy menaiki bas sri maju dari terminal TBS ke kangar pada tarikh 20 januari 2019 bas jam 10.00 pg. Para penumpang yang yang membayar tambang bas untuk perkhidmatan bas sri maju diminta berpindah/bertukar bas iaitu : 1. Ketika menurunkan penumpang di terminal amanjaya ipoh diminta berpindah ke bas sri maju yang lain. 2. Selepas menurunkan penumpang di terminal bas Butterworth, sekali lagi penumpang yg ingin ke destinasi sg petani diminta turun dan menaiki bas lain. Pertukaran bas berlaku di RNR selepas terminal Butterworth iaitu RNR tepi laut. 3. Sekali lg penumpang yg ingin ke kgr diminta berpindah ke bus lain semasa menurunkan penumpang di terminal shahab perdana Bas ini juga tidak berhenti utk penumpang makan tengah hari di mn2 rnr utk makan dan solat yg kebiasaan dibuat oleh pemandu lain selama 30minit.
Sy boarded the sri maju bus from TBS terminal to kangar on 20 January 2019 at 10.00 am. Passengers who pay the bus fare for the sri maju bus service are asked to move/change buses, namely: 1. When dropping off passengers at the amanjaya ipoh terminal, they are asked to move to another sri maju bus. 2. After dropping off passengers at the Butterworth bus terminal, once again passengers who want to go to the destination sg farmers are asked to get off and board another bus. The bus change takes place at the RNR after the Butterworth terminal which is the seafront RNR. 3. Once again, passengers who want to go to KGR are asked to move to another bus while dropping off passengers at the Shahab Perdana terminal. The bus also does not stop for lunch passengers at mn2 rnr to eat and pray which is usually done by other drivers for 30 minutes.

Bus sri maju Shahab kurang baik servis dy...saya beli tiket jam 2 tepat...ada sesuatu terjadi dan saya telah membuat panggilan terus ke sri maju Shahab Alor setar tetapi tiada yg menjawab...saya tiba dlm 2:05 minit dan pekerja tiada di kaunter tetapi semuanya berkumpul di pintu masuk..mampu memberitahu bus baruuu sahaja bertolak dan didapati seorang lagi hanya berkata," iyaa,agak dah ada sorang penumpang lagi"..lebih kurang..bagi saya.. 1-kenapa tiada mana2 pekerja yg membuat semakan penumpang semula sebelum bertolak? 2-ada permintaan no fon penumpang semasa dikaunter membeli tiket,hanya utk hiasan semata2? Harap pihak sri Maju memperbaiki servis sedia ada ...
Shahab bus stop is bad service dy ... I bought a 2 o'clock ticket ... something happened and I made a direct call to Shahab Alor bus forward but no one answered ... I arrived in 2:05 minutes and The workers were not at the counter but everyone gathered at the entrance ... could tell the bus had just left and found another just saying, "yes, it's a bit of a passenger" .. at least .. for me .. 1-why didn't any of the workers do a passenger review before leaving? 2-is there a demand for passenger fonts when you are booking tickets, just for decoration? Please help us improve existing services ...
