★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good for nothing management and maintenance, don’t know who is eating the maintenance fee money on the side. Residents complain about things to be fixed but nothing done. Management and committee members both useless. Can see all of the management staff drinking beer and getting drunk at the restaurant near the pool. What a disgrace! Useless swines!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OKish Condo. Got big area to stroll, a pool, tennis, squash court, mini mart etc. However, at the back side of condo (by polluted river) it smells pretty bad sometimes. Off late, quite of few migrant labor workers can be seen dwelling at condo. Overall its okish..
