★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SPB at Malacca already 30 years over, i also didnt noticed, my friend told me and recommended to me this developer one, then i step into and look their currently projects, the Taman Nuri is Luxury ,Elegance and Sophisticated, they doing the township area concept like KL, and guarded.
Price also reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've bought a house from the developer. Taman Kasa Heights, Alor Gajah. The design was superb and it has all the features I'm looking for. The Price was reasonable too. Luckily I made the booking early, apparently the project was sold out after 3 months! They've completed phase 1 and 2 in less than 12 months.
In short, excellent customer service, creative design, reasonable price, good workmanship, great delivery of product.
Highly recommended.
