โ โ โ โ โ Nice exterior but bad interior.
This farmstay has poor maintenance. So many issues that cannot be resolved. Although we can compromised with no television reception, we cannot accept water cut for a few hours, faulty airconditioner half through our stay, faulty ceiling fans, broken toilet doors, damaged water boiler etc. etc.
We had to confront the caretaker few times to fix the issues, no spare fans but the water supply came back almost midnight.
And the fact that he asked if we off the aircon when we were out as if blaming us for the faulty aircon. Totally uncalled.
There is a pool and karaoke system but these are chargeable. Even chargeable activities are not functioning.
There is stove but no cooking allowed.
I wonder if proper checks are done before they asked for FULL PAYMENT PRIOR TO GUESTS STAY. Obviously not.
So this will never be a recommended accommodation, as mentioned poor maintenance and poor excuses given by the caretaker whom often tried to avoid resolving the issues; and frankly
this place dont even deserved a 1 star.

โ โ โ โ โ This homestay is well maintained and many rooms and hall. Many wedding functions are being held here due to big compound.
The room rates are very cheap and eating place is nearby. I recommended for those who want to visit Batu Pahat. The owner is retired army officer and very helpful person.

โ โ โ โ โ It a good place for family gathering. Sufficient rooms with bathroon & aircondition in each room.. Large swimming pool and very spacious area for out door events..
