★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse ever service. Being put on a machine for more than 15mins and still nobody picked up the call. I dont hv any choice to use other agencies due to company requirements. Replying emails takes forever!!!!

It takes you 1 hour to wait for someone to answer your call, DURING OFFICE HOURS. Hard to even reply our email.
I have lost a lot of my money due to last minute flights booking changes from them. Asking for a refund from them is Impossible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) Very hard to be reached. Always being put on hold minimum 7mins before u get to reach the person.
2) need to follow up everyday, morning, evening & email everytime all the details.
3) my experience with CWT was wayyy better macam langit dgn bumi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not know why my company continues to choose this travel agent to perform all our bookings. They never reply emails, and when you call them they take forever to pick up the phone ( if at all) and when you ask them to do something, they don't do it quickly - leaving you without accommodation in a foreign country or with incorrect bookings. Such a terrible travel agent and a terrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst travel agency ever. If you wanna book from here, be prepared to chase them for your bookings. You have to call and email them daily. After being frustrated for 10+ days of chasing them over the phone, the customer representative said that we were not allowed to talk to him in an angry tone and he hung up on us. Appaling. Unprofessional. Poor service. Can't imagine anyone to have any pride in themselves for working here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give zero stars I would. Lousy! Terrible! Worst agency ever. Do not book with them. My flight ticket was cancelled and it was after 6 pm so I contacted the after hours agent but there’s nothing she could do except for escalating my issue. Safe to say I didn’t get my ticket and had to purchase one myself. NOT RECOMMENDED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been calling from 9 am to 4 pm but no one answered my call since last week. My flight is tomorrow and i cannot booked using other travel agent due to company requirement. Please do your best to serve your client otherwise we will report you to our company management. Fyi, we are one of your biggest client in Malaysia. Much thing u need to improve for your service!
