โ โ โ โ โ A very well maintained condominium with nicely curated plants. The swimming is big and great for swimming and for the kids too. The convenient store and a pool Cafe provides a great environment for the residents and tenants. An adjacent park besides it provides great jogging tracks and also a tennis court. Love the location.

โ โ โ โ โ Nice condominium with a lot of speciality . Very silent place and clean. Atmosphere very good because beside Sri York Condominium there is a big garden with fresh air. A lot of people going jogging here.

โ โ โ โ โ What was once one of the most prestigious condominium development in Penang by IJM, it has since aged gracefully.
Itโs 30-years already and Sri York no longer enjoys its past positioning despite having a relatively good Management Committee.
Sei York is popular with the Merdeka generation, doctors and students as it is close to the Penang General Hospital and the RCSI & UCD Malaysia Medical Campus, formerly Penang Medical College.
