★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience during my second time change tyre.I come in the morning & staff need to check stock first. After 30minute I ask them is it available or not he cannot confirm then I said it is ok then I said call me if available. That only after I ask if not maybe I need to wait more hours. The staff need to inform me actually. Afternoon I come back once they said tyre is available. Before I came I told them I'm otw with hope tyre is ready so no need to waste my time. But I need to wait another more than 1hour because tyre is not around. Once change tyre done there is another car block me which another staff repair the car. Then I said my car done so I want to make a move they said hold on just a minute so I wait another 15 minute. I cannot stand anymore then I said I'm here more than 1 hour. Badly the staff make fool on me. Very disappointed because none of the staff say sorry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad services, really not recommended, my car almost 3 weeks there, then reason why because the spare part is difficult to find, almost 3 weeks what your staff do actually? The mechanic themselves told me their staff doing work slow and not responsible for their jobs, customer really urgent to use a car, i had a baby, difficult to us to go anywhere, just because your staff doesn't find the spare part, when i ask they keep gave me the same reason, so disappointed really mess. This is malay bisness. Really disrespect their customer.
