Honestly, I have been work here for 7 years, i'm enjoying work with SS Auto. I travel with alot of teams and individual at here, most of them gain experience at here. After they get experience, they leave the company. During i read few bad review about the company, i felt sad because they didn't appreciate the company is the one guide them to learn new things. Its almost 7years until now i receive all the benefits from the company such as increment, bonus, promotion and etc. Even if i'm mother to 2child, if i face any difficulties the company understand my situation and support me. I really want to continue to work with SS Automobile whatever things happen. Good Luck to SS Auto for future achievements.

The good things Enhance my critical thinking skills and give awareness that every work done should be shouldered with a full sense of responsibility The challenges Firstly, in the area of competency & proficiency. I wish that the management would set and sustain the performance bar for ALL employees based on technical and non-technical competency certification and proficiency in applying those competencies for an assessment in the levels of efficiency and effectiveness. Although cost is a deterring factor, this humanistic self improvement approach and their collective contribution of performance to the next level should override any objections. Secondly, I wish better remuneration package for the technical employees with specific focus on Supervisors & below ranking meet the company expectation in production targets and administrative matters, cutting costs while observing safety rules towards reducing incidents of industrial accidents and production wastage including when they are compliant towards their tardiness, productivity, overtime requirements and participation in company organized social activity. This is their blood and tears. I opine that they have earned their keep and thus should be rewarded financially by revamping their salary scale structure to the next level in accordance to their performance competency and proficiency that is at the next level, which can be implemented in the near future due to the current sales figures and also planned models for future sales. This is a performance-appreciation based approach because they too deserve a quality and decent life. The projected benefits of this approach include an immediate and significant reduction in Man-Hours & Lost Productivity attributed to Medical Leave and Emergency Leave taken including incidents of Late Coming and Time-Off taken. Basically, this approach promotes productivity and rewards creativity while creating a conducive working environment for both employer-employee relationship that enables Industrial Harmony in the workplace. Thirdly, I wish that the administration of Human Resources(HR) functions including Security Services is computerized to be in sync with the existing SAP software where all HR functions are centralized and uses the SAP database as its data source to enable it to convert the working environment from manual or semi-computerized to fully computerized.
