★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my mani pedi for CNY 2022. Spent RM200plus. A lot of waiting to do. After being extremely patient waiting over and over again and not being told how long to wait until I ask (they had me ready on the table only to find out I'll need to wait for 40mins till its my turn). The pedi service was very basic but extremely slow I felt cause to buy time. I waited for the manicurist to finish her session with other customers patiently I did not complain but had to rush through mine ended up the nail art was the ugliest I had. And it lasted like 4 full days it already chipped on the CNY reunion dinner night. I felt cause we rushed through the application while other customer were frustrated with waiting and kept pestering. I texted the salon on the chipped nails they offer to redo but I didn't want it anymore. They told me they use very good gel hence it might not hold as long as the thick gel type(idk) so I say don't bother please remove. The girl made me sign on her exercise book to declare that I decided to remove the nail polish. I felt that was very unnecessary. I had the pedicure on for another week plus. Then I decided to claim the removal of gel pedi only to be told that I will be charged RM 18. I said that was not I was told when you've ask me to buy the package. After that they told me they won't be free to do removal any other time except 10am whether it is Sunday Tuesday or whatever day . Only 10am available.. Their response was, they were short of staff and are expecting walk ins anytime after 11am ......so I have to follow their 10am time. It was the most disappointing RM200 spent on a nail salon I had ever experienced. I paid another salon for a proper removal and pedicure service after. The salon also don't have many staff but they take appointments and follow through professionally.
