★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this shop is very bad.....! I did whatsapp order with the boss I wanted the 15mm PVC pipe and I told him I am in a rush....
so I just park , take and go.....! when I reach my place I only realise he is giving me Class D pipe. when I question him and he told me its same.....! this shop is not honest at all.....con company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guys, make sure you check the price before paying. They really con me. 6ft ladder, they charged me Rm 350, which 2 weeks later I saw at Ace hardware only Rm 242. I was so disappointed. Our hard earned money when you are conned like this, very heart sick! Just dont waste your time going here. There are many more hardware shops in Ss2.

TLDR;
1. Expensive as hell
2. Never ask them to DIY for you, they’ll do a poor job and blame you if it doesn’t work when you test it at home and charge you again if you bring it back to them for replacement.
3. They’ll even try to charge you additional stuff like the whole electrical tape despite using just abit
4. Dangerous advice (like not needing to ground the wires even though label specifically says must ground the wires to avoid shock)
Long story
They sold me a switch and did a poor job connecting the wires for me. Went home, wasn’t working, went back to shop they told me it was broken and replaced it for me but they charged me for the replacement as well because “they don’t know what happened between it leaving the shop and me bringing it back”. Fine I’ll just have to accept poor workmanship of your staff is my fault then.
Also noticed they didn’t ground the wires initially despite the label of my equipment saying the wire needs to be grounded to avoid shock and the staff told me it’s fine, nothing will happen. I insisted he ground the wire and he did a piss poor job grounding it and just used electrical tape to tape the ground wire outside the casing and wanted to charge me for the whole duct tape.
At the end I had to pay double for the switch, and a whopping rm12 for 2m wires (cuz he shorten the length of my original wire by quite abit I had to get longer ones).
Lesson learnt, don’t let other people do DIY for you. I am never coming back to this shop ever again.
