Pelajar datang nak buat Pra-Ujian, bila nak mula..cikgu skip terus tanpa melakukan RPK "Rutin Pemeriksaan Kenderaan" sedangkan pelajar baru sahaja nak mula buat RPK. Dalam kereta pula, cikgu tanda markah untuk pelajar tanpa menilai pelajar dengan betul. Sangat memalukan. Buat kerja biar ikhlas. Terima kasih.

I have signed up to attend my motorbike and car classes in this particular driving academy. From my experience so far, I have experienced several issues namely issues with professionalism and poor communication. I would like to mention the most glaring issue: the staff is unprofessional. Some of the employees like to complain quite a lot when dealing with customers. The employees working at the counters treat the customers as if they aren't customers. The motorbike instructor wasn't very professional as well. He treated me like a teacher would towards a primary schooler for not finishing their homework. He threatened to bring out a cane to use it on me during a pre-test because I failed to perform up to his expectations. That sounds like something an old-school father would do to his 10 year-old kid for misbehaving, except I'm a grown adult and he is not my father so draw a line, will you? Besides that, I also faced poor communication when I DM'd a car instructor that I was assigned to. I contacted them to arrange my classes. Said instructor told me that they will update me later. However, they are yet to update me (it has been more than three days since they said they are updating me as I'm typing this review). If they are having some personal problems or other problems that are getting in the way of their job, they should communicate with me instead of blue-ticking me. As a result, I am currently left in the dark. So, those are the two most glaring issues I faced. I basically paid hundreds of Malaysian Ringgit not just to get my licenses, but also to listen to complaints and to have them waste my time. Unfortunately, they don't really have a reason to improve on their service. This is due to the fact that they monopoly the Jasin area. To my knowledge, there are no other driving schools in this area, so anyone living in Jasin who wants to get their driving license has very limited options. My verdict is this academy provides unfavorable service and communicates with its customers poorly. 2/5
