SSF has no integrity.
Went to SSF again. Price stated in SSF website is not the same as in-store
Last time, staff in SSF Giza told us the normal way - be a member to buy member price, ok
Now, SSF Puchong trying to cut throat saying B1F1, but jacked up the price (compare to online) to their sky high RRP.
We showed him member price stated in SSF website, but he said βif you want to buy here, this is the only promo and price availableβ - much higher than online.
Super disappointed.

SSF is one of the rare business that is not interested in confirmed sales.
Called >20 times throughout the day since 2pm till 7pm+, no one picked up.
Went there few minutes before closing at 8pm - yes, I know itβs late, but we needed the stocks while weβre at Puchong as is not available in Sunway Giza branch.
The staff was all lepak-ing at the counter. Too βbusyβ to pick up phone call like Giza branch did.
Told us βlights in storeroom is off, need to find, come back next timeβ.
Never thought it was such a hard work to turn on the lights, get the stocks out, collect payment and doneβ¦
If I have a choice, I wonβt get it from SSF anyway. Still, itβs good for a business to have such confident in themselves.

If u got company stock- take, then customer cannot touch the item displayed (flower)?? Why do u display that item?? U should inform us nicely, not scold at us ?. Very rude

β β β β β Do not drive up to level 5 parking, it's dead end. Drive up lane is quite challengingly narrow. Can park at level 2 and take lift to go up. Parking payment at ground floor lobby, very inconvenient.

β β β β β One of the early SSF branch to be opened in Klang Valley, which is a living concept store and home living solutions provider in Malaysia. They offer home decorative items, lighting, carpets, furniture, bedding accessories, wedding decorations and much more. Located on the 6th and 7th floor, this outlet seems a little shabby compared to the rest. Place is kinda stuffy as you browse around the aisles. Parking is rm2, and the space is narrow and cramped. Prefer to visit other outlets.
