★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite home deco shop so much so I turned my condo into a showroom. The shop gave you ideas to decorate Yr home from kitchen to bedroom. Prices are within reach. They good display of lampshade.
Good customer service.
Warning to all husbands, you just have to wait when Yr wife is in this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprised with unattentive staff.
I was there recently around 2pm , and usually staff were out and about and quick to follow you around to help with your queries. This time when we went in, I was surprised to see no staff around following you instead they were in one corner of the store mainly doing other things rather then entertain customers who were left roaming around with no one to help. My daughter had to go to the paying counter to ask for help and again was shock to get an answer that they were all busy and could not entertain. Luckily and sadly only 2 yound gentlemen came to our help and yet were seen running around entertaining all customers while the rest were posted at the counter and did not bother to move.
We decided to buy a coat hanger, and interestingly when asked if it could be dismantled, and carried home, the answer I got the actions of the staff was shocking. The sales person a lady just took the coat hanger, when to the back then a few minutes later came back with and answer 'tak boleh bukak dah ketat', put the hanger in front of me and just left, as if to say 'Take it as it is or leave it', I can't be bothered. ?♂️
I was taken aback on how she had acted as if I am wasting her time and almost looked irritated that she had to entertain me as if I am a burden rather then a potential paying customer.
I was surprised with this as before this sales personnel in this establishment are forthcoming and ever willing to help.
It is sad to see this happening in a well know organisation as it just puts me off to ever visit the place. The sad thing is I did not buy the coat hanger, instead I went to the smaller family run furnisher shop in Taman Permata and got my moneys worth buying noumt just one item but a few more. I even offered to bring back the coat hanger and assemble myself but they insisted they will assemble and deliver.
Anyway thats my experience, kudos too the 2 gentlemen who were running around trying their best to make the customers happy. Hope the rest can do the same. It just paints a picture that staff in SFF are disinterested and can't be bothered if you buy or not.
Guys reading this, try out the other furnisher shops within our area too, same quality but better customer service.

SSF management please provide profesional customer service training to your workers.
For lazy workers you better ask them to stay at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosh I wish to rate it lower. My mother first got her lamp and we found out that the circuit/ switch didn't work which was why our bulb didn't light up. I took a video as evidence and sent it to them. Got to the place to replace it with a new one and when we got home , it was crooked.
My mother noticed it and i asked why she didn't mention it to the worker but before she said anything,they just packed in the lamp inside the box saying it's good to go.
Honestly!! Why work if you are gonna have an attitude!! And i read most of these comments, people just want their furniture and i don't understand why this SSF branch has bad workers ,rude and lazy to entertain the customers. Oh and we called their number like over 30 times (we counted) and have yet to get a response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No wonder there are a lot of non positive feedbacks here. I have experienced the same, i bought a decorative miniature (took the display item as it was the only stock available in store) and turns out there are many cracks which i did not noticed it earlier. Could not send it back as I have lost the receipt. When i mentioned to one of the staff later, they blamed me as not to check it properly. Wow, in the first place why are u selling or putting damaged item displayed in the store. Need some integrity and professionalism here. I would choose to go to other branch instead of melawati mall.

2. This outlet should improve their layout to shop around. Very crowded compare to other SSF.
