★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the staff could not even speak English. Worst was the staff was confusing in directing instruction. When I enter the store although there wasn't much customer nobody came over to attend to me as I see most of them happily chatting among themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to your store 2 years back which was in 2018 may be end of 2017 not sure about it and I only bought a pack of cigarette using my IC and I didn't bought anything else and I'm very sure about it. I only went back to your store yesterday with my friends to buy couple of beers and I wanted to buy a (1) pack of cigarette and shockingly your cashier staff told me my quota is full for the month of July 2020 as I already bought 3ctn of beer and 3 ctn of cigarettes using my IC. Purchase was done on July 14 2020 which, I was not even in JB. There is a PDP breach in your system, and for your info I have made a police report.
To all non frequent patron of Duty Free please check, I suspect and strongly think that they are using our data and doing some fishy stuffs... Will elevate this issue into social media soon if I don't get any feedback and explanation from the management of this store. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BE AWARE OF BUYING LIQUOR FROM THESE STORE. NO ONE WILL TELL ABOUT THE TAX IMPOSED UPON CUSTOM CHECK AT THE EXIT.
Shopkeeper claim there is some notice stating there will be tax but does everybody read some random notice in your shop ??
SHOPKELLER SHOULD HAVE REMINDED EVERYONE TO READ THE NOTICE PRIOR PURCHASE BUT I GUESS IF THEY DID THAT, THERE WOULDNT BE GOOD SALES I GUESS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lots of choice on liquor and wine plus beers available here without customs duty, similar to Langkawi duty free. All items are subject to customs tax, you have to get your exact time to exit in order to escape it.
