★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service I took bus from ipoh at 1045am but I reached jb at 2110pm its take 10 hour plus..
Seriously... the driver who picked up us from ipoh he just lazy for send us to jb cz at bus got only 10 ppl.. so he waited and contact other bus for picked up us for almost 1 hour plus at kl.. we see time and predict for reached one place but they taking their sweet time for laziness.. I come to jb for attend one function at 8pm.. but I reached here at 9 plus..this.is not my 1st time.. this the sec time.. this is the last time I take bus from star mart better u shut down ur lazy company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to share my bad experience travelled with Startmart Express on 24/07/2020. My actual boarding time is at 9pm from Larkin Bus Terminal to Shah Alam, but the bus scheduled has been delayed and the bus arrived at Larkin at 9.45pm. After board the bus the driver move to Tun Aminah terminal to pick up other passengers. After few passengers board the bus still not moved and when i asked the Starmart staff she said need to wait till the bus full. Wasted my 2hours, By right i should reach Shah Alam at 1.30am because of the unacceptable delayedness i reached Shah Alam at 4.30am only. I won't recommended this bus to any of my family members or friends. Really irritated

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please be advised do not use or buy this bus company ticket.. worst experience ever I start my journey at 11 am from TBS and still stuck at hentian Kemunting until 8.30..they told me they will change bus to continue my journey to Penang..i buy tickets from TBS to penang.. should not stop at other place..and change bus just like that.. worse experience ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad company pls dnt go for starmart. I booked tickets on 6th November at 5.15pm via online their mention skudai to tbs... but Driver stop at seremban.. 2nd klia 2.... 3rd klia 1... I still hvt rch tbs... now time is 11pm... suppose by 9.30pm I'll be rch tbs.... until now otw... very stupid company... come on we are paying somemore we have other work to do.... stupid

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Departed Larkin JB 11.36am, made a nearby stop at Tun Aminah bus terminal for 6 mins. Then proceeded onto North South highway, with a brief stop at highway rest area (approx 200km mark). Pulled into Seremban (opposite old bus station). Arrived KLIA2 at 4.30pm. A pleasant journey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont ever try to buy ticket from this company which seller short of information on the journey and station..they simply sell the ticket and convince you to buy their direct journey..instead they will stop so many terminal..for sure you cant arrived as ETA plan. This bus will RIP YOUR TIME and patience.
